Lea Black Beauty® Store Credits Program Terms

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

These Store Credits Program Terms (“Program Terms”) govern the Lea Black Beauty® Store Credits Program, operated by Lea Black Enterprises, LLC through leablack.com and supported by our ecommerce tools and service providers, including Recharge where applicable.

By participating in the program or redeeming store credits, you agree to these Program Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Lea Black Beauty® Store Credits Program is designed to reward eligible customers with store credits that may be used toward future qualifying purchases on leablack.com.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or offer, eligible customers may earn 2% back in store credits on qualifying skincare purchases.

2. Earning Store Credits

Store credits are earned only on qualifying completed purchases and are calculated based on the merchandise subtotal actually paid, excluding:

  • taxes
  • shipping charges
  • gift cards
  • canceled items
  • refunded items
  • returned items
  • chargebacks
  • unauthorized transactions
  • other excluded products or services identified on the website or in a specific offer

Lea Black Beauty® reserves the right to determine which items and purchases qualify for store credits.

3. When Credits Are Issued

Store credits are generally issued after an eligible order has been successfully processed and is no longer subject to cancellation review, payment failure, or fraud screening.

Credits may not appear instantly at checkout and may take time to post to the customer account.

4. Redeeming Store Credits

Store credits may be redeemed on future qualifying purchases at leablack.com, subject to any product exclusions, promotional exclusions, minimum order requirements, or other limitations stated at checkout or elsewhere on the website.

Store credits may be used on eligible one-time orders, skincare subscriptions, and future recurring subscription orders, unless otherwise specified.

To use store credits on one-time orders, customers must select the Apply Credits button on the checkout page when completing their order.

To use store credits on subscriptions and future recurring subscription orders, customers must turn on the store credit toggle button in their customer account portal.

Please note: If you edit your cart after applying store credits at checkout, the credits will be removed from the order and may take up to 24 hours to sync back to your customer account profile balance. This is a security feature. To avoid delays, please make sure all items, quantities, and subscriptions are correct in your cart before applying store credits at checkout.

Store credits:

  • are non-transferable
  • have no cash value except where required by law
  • may not be redeemed for cash
  • may not be sold, purchased, brokered, or transferred
  • may not be used to purchase gift cards unless expressly stated otherwise
  • are subject to all terms and conditions set forth by Recharge, Shopify, and Lea Black Beauty®

5. Promotions and Stacking

Store credits may be combined with certain promotions, discounts, or subscription pricing when permitted by the specific offer. However, some promotions, products, collections, and sale events may exclude store credit redemption or store credit earning. Refer to the terms and conditions for more. 

Lea Black Beauty® reserves the right to determine combinability and exclusions for any promotion or order.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Adjustments

If you redeem store credits on an order and that order is later refunded, canceled, returned, reversed, or charged back, the store credit treatment will be determined by Lea Black Beauty® in its discretion and in accordance with the website return policy and applicable law. 

If you earn store credits on a purchase that is later refunded, canceled, returned, reversed, or charged back, those store credits will be removed, reduced, or reversed from your account.

7. Previous Loyalty Program Transition

As part of our transition from the prior loyalty and rewards provider to the new program, Lea Black Beauty® converted eligible unused balances from a previous program into store credits according to the transition terms announced by the company.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by Lea Black Beauty®, previously issued rewards, redeemed discount codes, expired offers, or unused promotional rewards from a prior program do not transfer into the new program.

Any transition deadlines, conversion formulas, exclusions, or eligibility rules announced by Lea Black Beauty® will control over prior program terms. See below for the conversion formula.

8. Expiration and Account Status

Any expiration date, promotional restriction, or special condition applicable to store credits will be displayed in the customer account, promotional terms, or related program communication, where applicable.

Lea Black Beauty® reserves the right to deactivate or remove credits associated with closed accounts, inactive accounts, misuse, fraud, abuse, returns abuse, chargebacks, or policy violations, subject to applicable law.

9. Program Changes or Termination

Lea Black Beauty® may modify, suspend, replace, or terminate the Store Credits Program or any aspect of it at any time, including earning rates, redemption rules, exclusions, eligible products, and account requirements, subject to applicable law.
