2025 Lea Black Beauty Returns, Refunds, and Adjustments Policy  Black Beauty® Returns and Price Adjustments (Revised 01/2025)
Lea Black Beauty® has recently changed our returns and price adjustment policy, effective January 2025. While we will always do our best to provide the best solution for all those involved, these changes were fiscally required to continue to provide these services and the best skincare products to customers. 


Returns
Lea Black Beauty® accepts returns on all unopened and unused products within 14 days after they are delivered for a refund minus a $8.50 return shipping fee in the original form of payment.

  • An account credit will be issued for all returns requested after 15 days or more from delivery or if the product has been opened or used.
  • We cannot accept returns on used or opened products as they are considered contaminated and against the law for returning in most states, including Florida.
  • We are happy to work with you on a case-by-case situation to provide a reasonable resolution if you try the product and do not like it. Contact customer service with your order number and email address the order was placed with, and we will be happy to help you.


TO RETURN ITEMS BY MAIL:
PLEASE NOTE EACH RETURN WILL HAVE $8.50 RETURN FEE, WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR RETURN REFUND WHEN IT IS RECEIVED AND PROCESSED. Contact hello@leablack.com to start your return. Please provide your order number in the subject and the email address used to place the order in the communication. We will contact you within 24 business hours regarding your return.

  • A return requires us to email you the return shipping label. Contact customer service at hello@leablack.com to start the process. Please include photos and order details to help expedite the request.
  • You can opt to send the returns back at your cost. We will provide a merchandise credit for the price paid once the package is received. Contact customer service for a return packing slip and to start this process. 
  • All returns are credited to the original form of payment or credit card used on the original purchase or can be refunded as a Lea Black Beauty® account merchandise credit.
  • Lea Black Beauty® Loyalty & Rewards points used on purchases are forfeited when a product is returned or refunded and cannot be added back to the customer account.
  • A label or packing slip with prior customer service approval and photo proof of damages or purchase is required for all returns.
  • Within 14 days, we will issue a refund minus the $8.50 return fee using the original payment method on unused, unopened products. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • After 14 days, customers will be issued a merchandise credit on all returned orders.
  • Items must be returned in new condition, unused and unopened, in original packaging with all original components.
  • Items sold as discounted "Mystery Items" or that are complimentary gifts with purchases or that are being discontinued are considered final sales and cannot be returned.
  • We cannot ship complementary promotional items or gifts with purchase products omitted from original orders and carts through customer error. 
  • Proof of purchase is always required to receive a credit or refund for eligible items. For your convenience, we accept the following forms of proof of purchase:
    • Original order email
    • Order number
    • Original packing slip
    • Digital receipt with company name visible 

Credits and refunds
We will issue a credit or refund within five business days after the return is received, along with acceptable proof of purchase; the purchase price minus any fees will be fully refunded using the original payment method.

Please note: Gift cards and store credits are not redeemable for cash. Lea Black Beauty® is not liable for replacing lost or stolen digital gift cards or store credits. 

Damaged returns
If you receive an item that is damaged due to shipping, please send a photo with your order number and a brief description to customer service at hello@leablack.com and they will help facilitate a replacement.


Cancelations
If Lea Black Beauty® has to cancel an order for any reason, you will be contacted via email; in this case, you will receive a full refund to your payment method and rewards restored.


Shipping charges
Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable unless an item is damaged due to shipping. A fee of $8.50 will be applied to all returns that Lea Black Beauty® facilitates at the customer’s request for the return shipping and handling of a product or order.


Return policy for international customers
The customer will be responsible for any shipping cost to and from the United States to facilitate the return.


Custom orders
Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. Contact customer service for additional details.


Minimum quantities
If you need to return an item with a minimum order quantity when purchased, you are not required to return the entire minimum quantity, but prices may be adjusted based on the terms of the promotion at the time of the purchase.


Price adjustments
Prices are subject to change without notice. We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if the price of the merchandise purchased is reduced within 7 days of your purchase date. Items in question for price adjustments must be the same exact item and must be in stock. The price difference will be refunded to the original payment method with a dated Lea Black Beauty® proof of purchase; proof of purchase is required for all price adjustment considerations. Only one price adjustment per item can be made. Price adjustments do not apply to:
•    Free shipping offers
•    Additional purchase incentive offers such as gifts with purchase
•    Rewards applied to orders
