2025 Shipping and Tracking Policy (Updated 01/2025)

Domestic Shipping
Lea Black Enterprises® and Lea Black Beauty® Skincare ship most items via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail within the United States.
• Free Domestic Shipping:
Free shipping promotions apply to orders meeting the website's minimum purchase threshold (after discounts, before taxes, and additional fees). These thresholds, carrier services, or requirements are subject to change without prior notice. By using this website, you agree to these changes.
• Orders under $65 USD subtotal receive a $12 flat rate shipping and handling fee at checkout unless specified in an offer or promotion.

International Shipping
We do not ship internationally through our website. International phone orders are subject to current currency conversion rates at the time of purchase and additional shipping fees. 
• CBD Products:
As of July 2021, we cannot ship CBD products to Canada. For more information, visit Health Canada’s website.
Additionally, some CBD skincare and beauty products may not be eligible for shipping to specific international locations. For assistance, please get in touch with customer service at hello@leablack.com.
• Shipping Arrangements:
If you need assistance with international shipping, contact us at hello@leablack.com. Shipping costs will be determined based on destination, area, packaging, weight, and international customs regulations.

Order Processing and Tracking
All orders from LEABLACK.COM are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days of purchase based on volume.
• Once your order ships, an email with tracking information and order details will be sent to the email address associated with your profile.
Note: You will not receive order communication or tracking updates if you have unsubscribed from our emails. Make sure you are registered to receive emails in your customer account profile preferences.
• Most orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, though the carrier service may change without prior notification.


USPS Tracking Disclaimer:
We cannot re-ship an order if the package has been scanned within 48 hours and shows tracking on the USPS website that it is still moving through the system. While we aim to get your packages to you as quickly as possible, we cannot control what happens once USPS is in possession of the package. If a package has not been scanned or moved in the USPS system for five or more business days, we will reship it to you at no charge.
